I ve had a non-painful sensation specifically on the right side of my head for the past few days now. However, it is on and off, but doesn t come back for a while, maybe hours. At times there is also strain on my right eye and right side of my neck. The sensation of my head doesn t usually occur in the morning, but later in the day, especially in the evening. I ve stopped gaming on my Xbox and using my phone for these days as well, I ve taken Tylenol and Advil to help aid, but really no effect. I ve also noticed sleeping on the pillow with the right side of my head on it is worse than sleeping on my left side, which causes no pain. I just have no idea if I should worry.
