Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Urine analysis findings suggests excessive WBC,RBC and trace bacteria in urine. These findings may suggest urinary tract infection. It is also important to rule out fungal infection. It is necessary due to presence of few budding yeasts in urine.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
Drink plenty of water.

Get well soon.
Take Care
