General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Thank you for posting in HCM.
The presence of large number of pus cells in your urine indicate that you may have Urinary Tract Infection.
If a patient comes to me with similar complaints I would advice him to send his urine for culture and sensitivity test before start of antibiotics.
I would empirically treat him with Tab Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 7 days along with Tab Drotaverine 40mg twice daily for 3 days.
I would also advice him to take plenty of fluids and cranberry juice.
Wish you good health.
