Hi I m 32 years old, my transv result Uterus: 5.28x4.74x3.89cm anteverted,heterogeneous Cervix : 2.99x3.09x2.64, none nabothian cyst Endometrium: .54 isoechoic Right ovary: normal Left ovary: there is a fusiform shaped,hypoechoic mass in the left adbexa measuring 2.47x1.30x0.90 What happened to me? Pls help me.

Endometrium is thin and there is a mass in left tube or ovary.
What is your LMP and I would suggest HCG level. If you are pregnant and pelvis CT if you are not pregnant.
