Can Heterogeneous Hypoechoic Space-occupying Lesions With Circumferential Vascularity In The Anterior Myometrium Indenting The Endometrial Stripe Be Cured?

Anteverted,Measures 10.7 x 5.9 x 7.9, bulky. Endometrium is indistinct. Few well defined heterogeneous hypoechoic SOLs with circumferential vascularity, largest measuring 46 x 37mm is seen in the anterior myometrium. Largest lesion is seen indenting the endometrial stripe.
