How Can A Polycystic Left Ovary While Experiencing Painful Menstruation Be Treated?

I am a 24 years unmarred girl my u. s.g of whole abdomen shows Uterus is anteverted & bulky in size measuring 9.43 cm x 4.90 cm x 3.79 cm. Myometrial echo is normal. Endometrium (0.63) is of normal thickeness. Nabothian follicle is noted in utero cervical junction. Left ovary is bulky in size with smooth and regular outline. Polycystic changes are seen in left ovary. Left ovary : 3.08 x 2.81 x 2.49 cm Its volume : 11.2 cc. Right ovary is normal size, location and echogenecity without any cystic or solid mass. Dominant follicle (1.24 x 1.19 x cm) is seen in right ovary. Right ovary : 2.96 x 2.12 x 1.72 cm. Its volume : 5.6 cc. with this I am suffering from paid full mensturation period every month. Please your opinion is highly solicited.
