Are Future Pregnancies Possible When Diagnosed With PCOS?
Hi I have been recently diagnosed with pcos, and I m looking for someone to help me walk through my reports. It says both ovaries appear larger in size showing multiple small peripheral follicles suggestive of pco. Right ovary 3.4*2.5*3.4 cm( 15cc) left ovary 3.3*2.5*3.8cm(12cc). In the right adnexa and adjacent to the right ovary there is a simple paraovarian cyst measuring 2.0*1.6*1.6cm. No free fluid seen Now can I conceive and what should I do to improve my chances of conceiving?

please get the thyroid profile under check
maintain ideal body weight
check sugar levels fbs ..rbs ...HbAic
take tab metformin 500 mg once a day
take multivitamin antioxidant combination daily ..
