General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thankyou for contacting HCM.

Your ultrasound is normal for the duration of your pregnancy. To explain it further it just states that your fetus is in the uterus with adequate quantity of amniotic fluid. The age is measured by measuring the CRL which stands for Crown Rump Length ( the length from head to hips ). The physiological cyst is also normal and persists usually through the first trimester of pregnancy.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you and your baby good health.
