What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Mean?

I have a ultra sound and it shows bulky uterus measures 16.4 x7.7cm. Diffuse echogenic thickening of the endometrium is seen, the entire complex measure almost 20.7 mm is width and shows a locule of turbid collection is situ. The myometrial reflectivity is extremely heteroechoic and reveals two to three focal echopoor fibroid masses withing the body varying between 21 to 32 mm is size . A complex nebothina cyst is seen withing the cervix measuring 14.7mm. Please advice me . Thank you in advance. I am 39 years.

1.The report suggest uterus bulky due to presence of fibroids and thickened endometrium.
2.There are multiple poorly differentiated fibroids / mass lesions in the uterine myometrium.
3.The thickened endometrium can be due to the distal obstruction.
4.Complex cervical cyst seen probably due to inflammatory changes.
5.The treatment in this case include hormonal treatment initially, if there is no respond -depending on the symptoms an operative procedure is treatment of the choice. Good luck.
