What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Please what does this ultrasound result indicates? 1. The uterus is enlarged and harbours a single viable fetus with cephalic presentation. 2. The fetal biparietal diameter of 84.4mm and femur length of 61.5mm correspond to gestational age of 32 weeks respectively. 3. The placenta is posterofundal, liquor amni volume is adequate for gestational age? 4. Both fetal movement and fetal heart activities are well demonstrated? 5. The rest of the maternal abdomen is normal. Viable 32 weeks old cyesis.
