What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?
During my 7 month USG, doctor commented Left cerebral ventricle appears prominent measuring 8mm. Right one read 2.9mm. Doctor asked for Torch test. Following are torch IGM,IGG results: IgM = Negative: Tox IgM( -0.10) / Rubella IgM(-0.27) / CMV IgM(-0.10) / Herpes IgM(-0.46) IgG:( CMV and Herpes positive) Tox IgG( - Please let me know what does this mean an what it signify in relation to prominent Left cerebral ventricle. Thanks

It shows cytomegalovirus and herpetic infection of the fetus which predominantly affects the brain and has caused dilatation of ventricles. See your obstetrician immediately.
