Hello! Just want to know the meaning of the result of ultrasound of my father.consider diffuse parenchymal liver disease suggestive of fatty infiltration..solitary gallbladder polyp and prostatomegaly grade 1.thanks hope could explain the meaning of that for me?

This is fatty liver ,condition cause by alcohol intake,high fat diet,obesity and genetics. You should reduce alcohol and fats in your food and regulate blood lipids and sugar.Polyp in gallbladder is small growth which may cause pain and in this case,surgery should follow. Prostate is just minorly enlarged.This is not worrying.
