What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doc, is my ultrasound is normal? It says, ,single live intrauterine pregnancy, breech presentation, about 29 weeks 5 days, AOG+/- 2 Weeks, grade II maturity, anterior placenta, normohydramnios. is there any problems or abnormalities? What to do? Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The ultrasound repot shared by you is normal for about 30 weeks of pregnancy.
Only thing is the presentation is breech (baby buttocks towards lower end). If that continues till term, there is an indication of c-section. You need to wait for baby to turn in next few weeks.
