General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thank you for contacting HCM.

I have gone through your ultrasound report and the weight of the baby is quite healthy for 26 weeks pregnancy. Rest of the findings like placenta and BPS are fine. The baby is breech (Baby’s buttocks are down and are the presenting part at birth) for which you will have to refer to your obstetrician to determine the mode of delivery. Also follow up ultrasound may show cephalic (head down) position as the baby is not fixed in a 26 weeks pregnancy and changes his or her position. It is sometimes difficult to determine the baby’s gender specially when the baby is in Breech position. Follow up ultrasound may help in this regard.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you and your baby good health.
