What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doc, I would like to ask about The trans v ultrasound. Here s the result. Uterus 3.35x3.17x3.85 cm retroverted Endometrium slightly thick 0.73cm hyperechoic with cystic spaces Cervix 2.85x3.11x2.41 cm nabothian cyst seen Right ovary 4.19x3.43x3.23cm Left ovary 3.62x3.47x3.27cm No free fluid at the cul de sac, no other adnexal mass noted. Diagnosis: Retroverted Unenlarged uterus Slightly thickened endometrium, consider hyper plastic changes Nabothian cyst, cervix Polycistic bilateral ovaries I was diagnosed pcos way back 2009 and they gave me provera for progesterone challenge and within two weeks I got my period. They want me to have ultrasound again and biopsy for the endometrium.im afraid, please explain to me. My last period was April 2013, I got my period when I took pills or med, if not, no period at all. Kindly help. Thanks
