Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report and symptoms suggest there is possibly inflammatory changes in the uterus.
2.Other possibilities can be hormonal imbalance which needs pathological correlation.
3.There is no mass or any pathology mentioned in the uterus.
4.Endometrium seen thickened measuring 12mm due to the collection.
5.The treatment in this case are hormonal therapy, please try the mentioned treatment and followup with the pelvic scan and operative if required.

Good luck.
