Welcome to health care magic.

1.Uterus measurement is bulky for sure, according to the measurements.
2.Endometrium looks like thickened - but just before cycles it can be normal.
3.The uterine muscles appears normal according to the report.
4.In this case it can be an inflammatory / infective changes in the uterus / endometrium.
5.Depending on the findings - treatment includes, hormonal treatment, if no relief operative - depending on age and reproductive status.

Good luck.
