What Does The Following Transvaginal Ultrasound Findings Indicate?

Hi. I just had a transvaginal ultrasound and the findings are..uterus is anteverted deviated to the right and the texture is homogenous echopattern while the endometrium is 0.77 cm in thickness and hyperechoic with intact subendometrial halo and no gestational sac is seen. While my right ovary is with several follicles measures 0.54 the largest and no adnexal masses while left is the with right but follicle measures 0.7 the largest and no adnexal masses. No fluid in cul de sac. And no evidence of intrauterine and extrauterine geastation. Is it ok if to take xray exam? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I think it is okay to take x-ray as you have no pregnancy now. So, there is no harm in going through a x-ray test. According to the ultrasound report, you may have polycystic ovaries. So, if you have irregular periods, consult a gynecologist. You may need some hormonal treatment. Hope it helps.
