General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The 2 closely associated cystic spaces at the posterior cul-de-sac indicates benign cyst involving left ovary as right ovary was removed because of cyst. Depending upon the symptoms, age and fertility aspects of the patient, I do recommend various possible options as:
- Laparoscopic drainage
- Laparoscopic biopsy
- Cystectomy
- Oophorectomy with cyst excision
- Conservative wait and watch theory

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
