What Does The Following Test Report Indicate?

My son is 2 years and 4 months old. He has fever from 5 days. CBC report MP: Malarial parasites not detected. He has fever in some parts of body i.e. temperature on hands and stomach is 102.5 and face and legs are with normal body temperature. If we give paracetamol then body will be in normal body temperature. He is not taking food from 12 hours. please help.

Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-

1)As per your report his fever is not due to malaria

2)Discuss with your treating Doctor to add a preventive antibiotic to control secondary bacterial infection and take [paracetamol]every 8 hours to control fever.

To prevent any infection never kiss kids in face.
