General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
The USG report indicates there is a fibroid mass (generally benign) in your uterus.
Its size may cause complications like urinary symptoms, infertility, pregnancy loss or heavy menstrual bleeding.
Therefore,visit to gynaecologist is needed.
Medical management with drugs like danazol, mifepristone or oral contraceptives will be carried on for 3-6 months.
Also considering the size and symptoms your are facing, surgical option like myomectomy considered.
Iron supplementation will be needed for prophylaxis against anaemia caused due to heavy menstrual blood loss.
Thanks.
