Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
L4-5 disc space shows disc desiccation change with no disc space narrowing. A circumferential posterior disc bulge of approximately 0.4 cm is present causing indentation of the thecae sac reducing it to 0.6 cm anteroposteriorly suggesting moderate canal stenosis. Can you tell what this mean and what can be done?
Do you have any back pain or tingling in the lower limbs? If yes then this is the reason I would recommend you to see a neurosurgeon for the same you may need surgical correction if the pain is severe.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Haleema Yezdani, General & Family Physician
