What Does The Following Stress Test Report Suggest?

I AM A 46yo woman with recent Dx of CHF via DRMC admission 11/2017. EF 29% from stress test noted dilated LV with severe diffuse myocardial hypokinesia. Echo, stress and other workup performed via admission at DRMC, 11/2017. ACE-I, BB, Statin initiated one month ago.PMHx also sig for DM2, HbA1C 9.2 (11/2017), depression w/anxiety, long-term methamphetamine and tobacco use. Please evaluate and follow. • TSH, ultra-sensitive, serum EXPLAIN WHAT THIS MEANS

Hi,

One thing is sure, smoking and amphetamines have to be stopped. There should be angiography to know the status of coronary arteries. Drugs are going fine.
