What Does The Following Sputum Analysis Report Suggest?
Hi doctor, I got my sputum results and below they are listed, Pus cells 20-30 per LPF Epithelial cells 2-4 per LPF Few gram of coccidiosis pairs and chains... Is it normal? What kind of medication I can start with? Currently I m taking clarithromycin 500mg? Please advise... Thanks

The given sample suggestive of infective causes probably of a fungal infection coccidiosis.
Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated. Continue Clarithromycin.
