Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be drawn based on the Semen analysis report you have enclosed.
1. Volume of 4.5ml is normal.
2. Sperm count of 69 million/ml is normal.
3. Sperm motility with rapid forward movement of 25% and sluggish with 40% seems to be less than normal.
4. pH of 9 is normal.
5. Microscopy with 3-4 pus cells can be considered as normal.
Impression: Sperm count seems to be normal with decrease in sperm motility with no evidence of infection. Fertility index seems to be little less than normal.
But, the other history what you are stating that your wife is getting pregnant for 4th time, sperms seems to be alright with above findings.
Baby not getting heartbeat and empty gestational sac what has occurred in previous pregnancy does not seem to be related to sperm defects, but caused by some other factors.
You need to get evaluated for it and find solution to overcome the same. It would be advisable for you to consult Infertility specialist for through evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
