Pathologist and Microbiologist, Dr. Siddartha's Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Except for motility, your sperm count is normal. Class A motility should be more than 32% and total motility should be at least 40%. There is a small motility problem in your semen analysis.
Repeat the semen analysis after 20 days. If it still persists, then my suggestion for you and your partner is to consult a fertility specialist for better management and conception.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Siddartha
