What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Semen Analysis Color- Greyish Volume-3/mill Mobility 1. Active (10%) 2. Fairly Active (20%). 3. Dead (70%) Count/ml- 50.4 million Total count- 151.2 million Forms- Predominantly normal Ultrasound Scrotum scan No hydrocele or varicocele is seen. Please assist to analyse this report sir. I am worried.

Hi, I think the semen analysis is fine. Just the motility is on a lower side. So, you should do a semen culture and sensitivity test. You can take antibiotic empirically also. Take some antioxidants and vitamins for 3 months. Get a repeat analysis done with 3 to 5 days of abstinence. You can try naturally for 3 to 6 months. If it doesn't work then you can go for IUI. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
