General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have undergone through your semen analysis.
Pus cell of 1-2/hpf is normal. Nothing to worry about that. (Reference range up to 5/hpf)
Normal sperm concentration: 15 million to greater than 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen.
All other parameter are with in reference range except liquefaction time.

I would suggest to go for post coital test.
If it will come normal then nothing to worry.
If it will abnormal then problem could be due to prostate, the seminal vesicles, or the bulb urethral glands.
Then it could be evaluated by urologist after Color doppler USG scan of scrotum/pelvis.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Drink plenty of water, do regular exercise in the morning for 45-60 minutes.
Avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy/oily/fatty foods
Hope this may help you
