General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The sperm count is a little low but motility and anatomy is good enough for normal fertilization, however if sample was taken less than 7 days, since last intercourse then it may be repeated. Also, taking supplements for selenium, zinc, vitamin C and E can may be helpful with the count. If issue persists a urologist review may be sought. Ginkobiloba and Ginseng may be helpful as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
