What Does The Following Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi I Am berfîn writing from Kurdistan. I have not got my period regularly sometimes have not got period for 4-5 months .I went to the doctor she gave me primolut n and yodofol and she asked me to come back for blood test when you have period .today ıs 6 th day after finishing prımolut still ı have not got my period.what can ı do.and here is ultrasound of pelvis result:Normal size A/V uterus clear empty cavity,no sol.ET 5 mm.Both ovaries are normal in size with multiple immature follicles of 4-5 mm with prominent stroma suggesting PCO Changes.Clear both adnexa.clear cul de sac.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Its normal in PCOD to have irregular menses. The treatment plans are weight reduction, healthy diet, lifestyle changes, hormonal therapy and regular checkups. You should consult to your doctor to start a proper regimen.
