General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
This is indicating small fibrodis which doesnt require any surgical treatemnt if you ask me. You need to check other ormones, estrogen and progesteron so that I comment prolactine findings but at this pint there is no need for homronal therapy.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.

General & Family Physician Dr. Sushma Dubbaka's  Response
Hi thanks for posting on hcm
Your report says all is normal only finding is a growth in the front wall of the uterus which is called fibroid which is just below the inner lining of the uterus. Usually fibroid cause heavy and painful bleedings apart from that no harm but if the fibroid size is too much during pregnancy it can cause miscarriage or problem with the growth of the baby in 2nd trimester due to competition for space.
Size of the fibroid also varies with the time of cycle due to hormonal influence due to estrogen the size increases and lack of it causes shrinakge of the fibroid.
Hope this is helpfuk to you.
Regards
