What Does The Following Lung X-ray Report Suggest?

There are fibrohazed densities in both upper lobes. Both hila are tracted superiorly. Heart is not enlarged. Aorta is remarkable. There is tenting of the left hemodiaphragmatic leaflets. Right hemidiaphragm, costophrenic sulci and the visualized bones are intact. Thats there finding for my lungs.

I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be drawn based on the findings you have given related to the chest x-ray.
1. Fibrohazed densities in upper lobe indicates evidence of long standing infection/inflammation.
2. Both hila are tracted superiorly indicates there is evidence of some amount of fibrosis in lungs.
3. Heart and aorta is normal.
4. Other things related to diaphragm and bony structures appear to be normal.
Kindly consult Pulmonologist in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
