What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Suggest?

Hi Doctor my son suffer for diarrhea 3days now this is the Fecalysis result Color: yellowish brown Consistency:SOFT Pus cells:0:2/HPF Redbloodcells: 0-2/HPF Bacteria: moderate Parasite: none seen Amoeba: none seen. Is this normal? Or need to take antibiotic?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your son.

As per your history it seems to me the normal findings. Your son can be having good poisoning or post food poisoning diarrhea.

Keep him hydrated as much as possible. Also give him ORS which will maintain the electrolyte Bala.
In case you see any change in health life fever, chills, blood in stools, you need to consult the emergency room or consult a general practitioner.
