What Does The Following Duodenal Biopsies Result Indicate?

Hello,My deuodenal biopsy test shows the following result Microscopic Appearance: serial sections show duodenal tissue.Some of the villi are short and blunt.The lamina propria has been infiltrated by a number of plasma cells,lymphocytes and a few macrophages.The subepithelial region shows dilated blood vessels. No malignancy is seen. Dx:Chronic duodenities with partial villous atrophy wgat is my health problem?and what should I do?

I can understand your concern.
You are having inflammation of duodenum.
Most likely it is due to poor eating habits.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid hot and spicy food.
3. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
4. Take combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide twice daily on empty stomach.
5. Go for walk after meals.
6. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in bed.
7. Loose weight if you are obese.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
