What Does The Following Blood Test Report Suggest?
Heloo sir.. I have jaundis on 06/11/2016 I goes to near hospital and treatment take for 10-15 days.. This is the report details.. Billrubin total 5.10 Direct 0.50 Indirect 4.6 After some time i blood test again on 29/11/2016 Then this results arrived Billrubin total 4.50 Direct 0.72 Indirect 3.78 now what i do. Can i excersice or workout properly after this report and what food can be eat...
I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history is concerned please follow my advise below: It is reducing and will take some time to return to normal.
1) High carbohydrate intake: Bread, pasta and grains
2) Restrict protein: 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight per day
3) Restrict salt if there is swelling
4) Take vitamin B supplements, particularly B complex vitamins
5) Do not take vitamin A supplements [Avoid foods that are rich in vitamin Aex-Egg yolks, Dairy products, Fish oil.
