What Does The Following Anomaly Scan Report Suggest?

My Wife is 39 years old. We have an Anomaly scan at 23 w 3d. Report states :- 1.EFW - 637 +/- 96 g. 2.FHR - 150 bpm. (CxLen 3.11 cm) 3.BPD - 5.71 cm 4.HC-21.6 cm 5.AC-18.9 cm 6.FL-4.35 cm 7.HL-4.00 cm 8.Tibia3.86 cm 9.Ulna-3.84 cm 10.CRBL-2.50 cm Placenta is Anterior lying and No Placenta previa. (Note: At 11 w Ultrasound Placenta previa was seen) Is this a Boy or Girl....?

If the latest ultrasound report shows Placenta lying anterior then there is no Placenta previa, Placenta previa is when the placenta is lying on or near to the internal os.And regarding the gender of the baby, only with the above mentioned parameters it is not possible to find out if the baby is boy or girl.
