I AM 22 WEEKS PREGNENT NT AND DR HAVE PRESCRIBED ANOMALY SCAN BEACAUSE MY PRESENT SONOGRAFI REPORT SHOWS FOLLOWING PROBLEMS FUNDIC(STOMACH) BUBBLE IS NOT WELL SEEN ,MILD PELVI CALYCEAL SIN BOTH KIDNES ,MORE ON LEFT ,SINGLE VESAL SEEN ALONG URINARY BLADDER PLASE TELL ME CLARLY WHAT SHOULD I DO

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

With findings such as suspicious stomach bubble and pelvicalyectasia in both kidneys it might help if you can get a repeat scan done at a tertiary medical facility having fetal medicine unit. Not all fetuses with above findings are at risk but it is important to clear doubts before you carry your pregnancy forwards. Most likely you will get a better picture and the doubts will be minimized.
