What Does The Following XRAY Report Indicate?

What does this xray finding mean, "upright and supine views of the abdomen. ERCP stent is not visualized and presumed to have passed. Nonobstructive bowel gas pattern. There is no free air, pneumatsis, or portal venous gas. The vissualized osseous and soft tissue structures are unremarkable. Clear lung bases.
Please explain the above in terms that a non medical person can understand.

Thanks for the query.
I can assure you that there is nothing abnormal in the above said report and it is absolutely normal.
I presume that you have underwent a procedure called ERCP for some other condition like gall stone or pancreatic disease.The X-ray might be taken following ERCP procedure.
The X-ray report suggest that the stent used for ERCP is passed out so no complications related to retained stent is expected.There is no intestinal obstruction.X-ray also suggest that there is no free air in the bowel which means no bowel perforation is there .
So no need to worry regarding this and consult your treating physician if you have any symptoms.
