What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Im 39 years, i had xray result with roentgenological findings: There are few ill defined densities seen in both lung bases. Heart is not enlarged. The rest of the delinated chest finding are unremarkable. Impression: Bi-basal Pneumonitis considered, pls help what does it mean?

pneumonitis occurs to allergy......it has occured in both of ur lungs referred as bibasal pnemonitis......your dr. might have prescribed you with antiallergy medication.
