This is my last xray in June 2017 does Mild sclerosis of the right for the left SI joint mean I can have MS? FINDINGS: There is a grade 1-2 anterolisthesis, L5 relationship to S1. Interbody spacers present. Post surgical changes with short stem rodding with pedicular screws seen at L5 and S1. Visualized hardware appears intact. The degree of slippage is unchanged. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Thanks for the x-ray report. Sclerosis of SI joint doesn't mean that you have MS. As you have surgery from spine so all the changes from spine pathology suggest of degenerative spine condition.

Whenever spine is involved and it is fixed with screws then it means less movements possible between spinal segments. So, moment will occur over lother joint leading to increased load over them.

One such joint is SI joint. This sclerosis is showing degeneration in SI joint.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akshay
