What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hello, I got my X-Ray report and the radiologist did not mark it as Normal . The report has the following: X-Ray Chest PA view - Lung fields are clear. - CP angles are clear. IMPRESSION - No active lung pathology seen. My friend also did the X-Ray with me and he got a Normal report with also another remark missing on my report i.e. Cardio-thoracic ratio within normal limit. Do I need to get a CT scan ? Thanks
