What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Xray results: Vague increased density medial margine LEFT base secondary to superimposed osseous and vasculsr structures. No discrete nodules or mass on the lateral view. Mild spondylosis. Mild pectus deformity noted. What does that mean, what causes it, and what else should be done ?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, any report has to be correlated with the presenting symptoms and clinical findings (unfortunately both of them are missing here).

Still, I can comment that the left lung seems to be involved with some problem. After thorough clinical examination, if the symptoms suggest then I can opt for the a CT scan ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
