What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Please explain the following x-ray findings. Borderline Cardiomegalefinatey, No Edema. Moderate chronic appearing pleural and parenchymal changes are seen bilaterally with partial eventration of the right hemidiaphragm. No pleural effusion or definite acute airspace consolidation. The regional bony structures appear to be intact. Moderate chronic appearing changes without definite acute cardiopulmonary disease.

The heart size is increased, it is an indication of some long-term disease, may be hypertension. You should discuss with your doctor regarding the primary disease and it should be controlled.
