Hello, Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic! I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns. The X-ray looks almost normal and nothing to worry in it. There are some fibronodular(scarring) lesions detected. These indicates old and healed diseases and not an active disease process. Increased bronchovascular markings are non specific finding and its quite common after an infection, no treatment is required. All other parameters are normal. If he develop symptoms like cough or breathlessness consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated. Thanks Dr Shinas Hussain
