What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

hi doc, i recently had undergone chest x-ray and the radiologic findings were fibrocalcific infiltrates noted over both upper lung fields. the heart and the chest structures are unremarkable. and the impression is koch s infection, both upper lungs activity determined . may i ask if this is contagious and fatal?

Infiltration in both cavities is suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis .
If sputum is also positive then it is contagious ( highly
KOCH's CHEST i.c. tuberculosis of lungs.
This is contagious ,so be careful but as you asked whether is is FATAL or not , I would like to say that this is NOT A FATAL disease , so don't take any tension .
But take treatment as advise your treating physician and don't stop till doctor advise .
