What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi can you please help interpret the following x-ray findings 1. Aorta is unfolded with cardiomegaly of left ventricular preponderance 2. No focal lung lesions are seen 3. Rib cage is intact The patient is about 71yrs old and is having swollen legs with lumps growing out.

This is suggestive of heart ventricle hypertrophy and usually this is seen in people with hypertension and some other cardiomiopathies so further tests are required especially if there are symptoms. You should do at least ultrasound and ecg as next step.
