What Does The Following X Ray Report Suggest?

I just had an x Ray of my left foot. It says no broken bones. The report days there is a small osteopath off the distal fibula which could be from a prior trauma. Suggestion of hallucinations values with metarsophalangeal joint osteoarthritis. Was trying to find out what this means. YYYY@YYYY
