What Does The Following X-ray Report Mean?

The result of my x ray is Suspicious densities are seen in the right upper lobe, partially projected onto the osseous structures , the heart is not enlarge , the trachea is midline , the costophrenic sulci and hemidiaphragms are intact , there is a rightward curvature of the thoracic spine which may be real or positional , the rest of the ossecous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable

Hello,

There are suspicious lesion in right upper lobe.
It may be due to infection etc.
You may be advised apico-lordotic view.This is a special view to assess apical region of lungs.
Other findings are normal.
