What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

i am 50 year old mri showed facet degenerative changes disc dehydration and diffuse disc bulge at l4-l5 causing focal thecal sac indentation with mild to moderate bilateral recess.facet degenerative changes ,disc dehydration and diffuse disc bulge at l5-s1 level causing focal thecal sac indentation moderate to severe bilateral recess narrowing and mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis
