Hi sir a very Good Afternoon Iam a private school teacher suffering from disc bulge which is compressing the nerve sciatica which is affecting alot left side recently I have done with MRI lumbar spine scan . kindly can you give the good suggestion for the best recovery I ll be greatful to you Thank you sir

Intervertebral disc bulging usually causes pressure on nerves emanating from the spinal cord. Initially, rest and painkillers can resolve the problem and relieve the pain.

I suggest you consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and prescription of painkillers.
